Drone Delivery Canada Corp. has successfully completed its merger with Volatus Aerospace Corp., marking the creation of a new entity that combines their respective strengths in logistics technology and commercialization. The merged company, now known as Volatus Aerospace Inc., retains the Drone Delivery Canada brand for cargo operations and will continue trading under its existing stock ticker symbols. This merger is structured as a 50/50 blend, with shareholders from both companies now owning equal parts of the new enterprise.
