Dream Office REIT has declared a monthly distribution of 8.333 cents per Series A REIT unit for September 2024, which equates to an annualized payout of $1.00. Payable on October 15 to unitholders on record by September 30, the company continues to solidify its position as a leading office landlord in downtown Toronto, managing over 3.5 million square feet of prime office space.
