Drax Group plc has continued its share buyback program by purchasing 35,000 of its ordinary shares at a weighted average price of 651.08 pence per share, with the highest and lowest prices being 656.00 and 645.50 pence respectively. This latest transaction brings the total number of shares bought back since the program’s announcement to 4,711,855, with the overall number of shares in issue now standing at 427,707,049. The company’s total voting rights, excluding treasury shares, amount to 382,907,997 as of the date of purchase.
