Drax Group plc has successfully executed a share buyback on September 3, 2024, purchasing 160,000 ordinary shares at a weighted average price of 641.39 pence per share. This transaction is part of an ongoing buyback program announced earlier on August 7, with the company having acquired a total of 3,337,382 shares for treasury since the program’s initiation. Following the buyback, Drax Group’s total issued share count stands at 427,632,095, including those held in treasury.
