Drax Group plc has continued its share buyback programme by purchasing 169,756 ordinary shares at a weighted average price of 624.14 pence each. Following this transaction, the company has a total of 427,707,049 ordinary shares in issue. This latest acquisition contributes to the aggregate of 4,901,611 shares bought back for treasury since the programme’s announcement on August 7, 2024.
