Drax Group plc has continued its share buyback program by purchasing 20,000 of its ordinary shares at an average price of 642.04 pence each, as part of the program initiated on 7 August 2024. Following this transaction, the company has a total of 427,707,049 Ordinary Shares in issue, including those held in treasury, with the total number of voting rights standing at 382,887,997. This latest move reflects Drax Group’s ongoing strategy to manage its share capital effectively.
