Drax Group plc has actively executed a share buyback program on 13 September 2024, purchasing 145,000 ordinary shares at an average price of 651.18 pence each, according to a recent announcement. This transaction is part of a larger buyback plan unveiled earlier on 7 August 2024, which has seen the company acquire a total of 4,631,855 shares for treasury. Following these purchases, Drax Group’s total issued share count stands at 427,707,049, with 382,985,951 shares carrying voting rights.
