Drax Group plc (GB:DRX) has released an update.
Drax Group plc has continued executing its share buyback program, purchasing an additional 180,000 ordinary shares at an average price of 645.29 pence each. This latest transaction brings the total number of shares bought back since the program’s announcement on August 7, 2024, to 4,352,382. The buyback activity has resulted in Drax Group having 427,706,505 ordinary shares in issue, of which 44,441,625 are held in treasury.
