Drax Group plc has actively pursued its share buyback programme, with the latest transaction involving the purchase of 165,000 ordinary shares at a weighted average price of 655.95 pence each. Following this transaction, Drax Group’s total number of shares in issue, including treasury shares, stands at 427,632,095. The company’s total voting rights, excluding treasury shares, is now 383,875,470.
