Drax Group plc has actively continued its share buyback programme, purchasing an additional 200,000 ordinary shares on September 6, 2024, at a weighted average price of 648.99 pence per share. This latest transaction brings the total number of treasury-held ordinary shares to 3,867,382 since the programme was announced on August 7, 2024. The company’s total voting rights now stand at 383,749,880, excluding treasury shares.
