Drax Group plc has actively pursued its share buyback program, purchasing 125,000 ordinary shares at a weighted average price of 659.50 pence, with individual transaction prices ranging from 656.00 to 666.50 pence. This latest buyback brings the total shares bought for treasury to 2,692,382 since the program’s announcement. Post-transaction, Drax Group’s total number of ordinary shares in issue stands at 427,620,033, with voting rights set at 384,706,549, excluding those held in treasury.
