Dragon Group International Ltd has received approval from Singapore’s Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority for an extension to hold its 2023 Annual General Meeting and lodge its Annual Return. The extended deadlines are now set for 29th June 2024 and 30th July 2024, respectively. The company will subsequently inform shareholders of the new AGM date and further developments.
