Draganfly Inc. has announced an exclusive partnership with Maxim Group LLC to act as the placement agent for its proposed securities offering, which includes common shares and warrants. The agreement outlines that Maxim will use its reasonable best efforts to secure the placement, although it does not guarantee success. Draganfly will compensate Maxim with a cash fee and reimburse certain expenses related to the placement.
