DRA Global Director Increases Shareholding

DRA Global Ltd. (AU:DRA) has released an update.

DRA Global Ltd. has reported a change in the interests of director Charles Edward Pettit, who, through an off-market trade, increased his indirect holdings in the company by 1,751,001 ordinary shares, valued at ZAR42,987,074.55. This transaction brings Pettit’s total indirect shareholding to 13,867,518 ordinary shares, as notified to ASX under listing rule 3.19A.2.
