Dr. Martens PLC announced that all proposed resolutions, including 16 Ordinary and 4 Special Resolutions, were passed with significant majorities at its Annual General Meeting. Key resolutions included the approval of the 2024 Annual Report, Directors’ Remuneration Report, and Final Dividend, alongside the election and re-election of board members. The results reflect strong shareholder support, with the highest approval rate being for the Final Dividend at nearly 100%.
