DPC Dash Ltd has announced the grant of 394,836 stock options to six employee participants as part of its 2022 First Share Incentive Plan, with each option exercisable at HK$79.90 per share. These options will vest over a four-year period and are subject to a clawback mechanism in case of specific events such as termination for cause or misconduct. The grant represents roughly 0.3026% of the company’s total issued share capital.
