Doyen International Holdings Limited and Galaxy Bond Holdings Limited have announced a delay in dispatching the scheme document for Doyen’s proposed privatisation by Galaxy Bond, due to the need for extra time to finalize details. The document, which includes an advisory letter from the Independent Financial Adviser among other details, is now expected to be sent to shareholders by 20 November 2024. Updates will follow in compliance with the Takeovers Code.
