Downing FOUR VCT has successfully transferred the management of their Healthcare share class to Foresight Group LLP, following a Put-Option Agreement on September 20, 2024. This follows the previous transition of their Venture, AIM, and DP67 share classes to Foresight in July 2022. The Board expresses satisfaction with the smooth handover and Foresight Group LLP is now the official manager for all the specified share classes.
