The merger is expected to bring about significant cost savings, estimated at £260,000 annually, while offering shareholders greater diversification and the ability to maintain consistent dividend payments. The estimated costs of the merger are £495,000, with Foresight Group LLP contributing 20%, reducing the net cost to shareholders.
