Downer EDI Limited has secured a new long-term Integrated Facilities Management partnership with property group Stockland Corporation, a contract worth about $500 million over an initial five-year term with an option for a further five years from 1 August 2026. Downer will manage facilities across Stockland’s commercial offices, shopping centres, logistics assets and land lease communities in four Australian states, reinforcing its strategy to leverage its asset management expertise and proprietary works management technology to drive continuous improvement, data-driven decision-making and consistent service quality for large property portfolios.
