Downer EDI Limited has reported to the ASX the appointment of Peter Anthony Barker as a director of the company starting from 1 July 2024. The notification, following the requirements of listing rule 3.19A.1, clarifies that Barker currently holds no registered securities in the company and has no interests in any contracts related to the company.
