Limited has announced an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) to be held on October 23, 2024, in Shanghai, China, where shareholders are to vote on the proposed interim dividend of RMB0.036 per H share. The meeting will also allow shareholders to appoint proxies to vote on their behalf. The record date for shareholder eligibility to vote is set as October 15, 2024.
