Doumob has announced a change in key personnel with Ms. Ho Yin Kwan resigning as the company secretary, process agent, and authorized representative, effective from 7 June 2024. She will be succeeded by Ms. Au Wai Ching, a senior manager with SWCS Corporate Services Group, who has a strong background in corporate governance. The company has expressed appreciation for Ms. Ho’s contributions and welcomed Ms. Au to her new role.
