Douglas Dynamics Announces Leadership Transition and Restructuring

The latest update is out from Douglas Dynamics (PLOW).

Bob McCormick is set to retire as President and CEO of Douglas Dynamics, Inc., as well as from the Board, on July 8, 2024, and will provide consulting services to the company until the end of that year. James L. Janik will take over as Executive Chairman and then as Interim President and CEO following McCormick’s retirement. The company is adjusting its leadership structure and compensation arrangements amidst these changes, including a significant stock grant for Executive VP and CFO Sarah Lauber.
