Douglas Dynamics, Inc. has appointed Mark Van Genderen as their new Chief Operating Officer, effective from September 17, 2024. Van Genderen, with a rich leadership background from his 21 years at Harley-Davidson, will continue his current role as President of Work Truck Attachments until a replacement is found. His new position comes with an increased base salary and a transition to a higher target award under the company’s incentive plan starting 2025. Concurrently, the company announces the retirement of Chief Human Resources Officer Linda R. Evans, set for January 2, 2025.
