Dotz Nano Limited has announced the issue of 6 million new fully paid ordinary shares at $0.10 each, along with an equal number of unlisted options, as part of a recent capital raising effort. These shares are now on par with existing shares and have been issued without the need for disclosure under Australian law. Additional shares and options will be issued pending shareholder approval and receipt of funds.
