Doré Copper Mining Corp. has launched a private placement to raise up to $4.62 million through the sale of common and flow-through shares, with the proceeds intended to fund exploration and development activities, feasibility studies, and general corporate purposes. The offering includes different types of shares at varied prices and is expected to close by September 20, 2024, subject to regulatory approvals.
