Dongfeng Motor Group Declares Interim Dividend

Dongfeng Motor Group Co (HK:0489) has released an update.

Dongfeng Motor Group Co Ltd has announced an interim dividend of RMB 0.05 per share, with an equivalent payout of HKD 0.0547 per share at an exchange rate of RMB 1 to HKD 1.094. The dividend is applicable to the financial year ending December 31, 2024, and will be paid on October 25, 2024, following shareholder approval on June 21, 2024. Notably, the company will withhold a 10% tax for non-resident enterprise shareholders and a 20% tax for individual residents within the PRC.
