Dongfeng Motor Group has issued a supplemental notice for its 2023 Annual General Meeting (AGM) to include an additional resolution to appoint Zhou Zhiping as an executive director. Shareholders are reminded to use the new Second Form of Proxy, which supersedes the original, for representation at the meeting scheduled for 21 June 2024. The updated proxy forms must be submitted by 9:00 a.m. on 20 June 2024 to ensure validity.
