Dongfeng Motor Group Co has announced connected transactions involving equity transfers within its subsidiaries. The company will acquire a 5.238% stake in Zhixin Technology and a 0.61% stake in Dongfeng Changxing, while DFM will acquire a 2.81% stake in Dongfeng Hongtai.
