Dongfang Electric Corporation Limited reported an 11.84% increase in operating revenue to RMB 33.457 billion in the first half of 2024 but saw a 15.52% drop in net profit to RMB 1.691 billion compared to the previous year. Earnings per share decreased from RMB 0.64 to RMB 0.54, and despite robust new orders worth RMB 56.073 billion, the company will not pay an interim dividend.
