Domino’s Pizza Enterprises Limited has announced a Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRP) for its FY24 final dividend, offering a 1.0% discount to eligible shareholders who participate, with the plan fully underwritten by Morgan Stanley. The DRP will allow shareholders, including the company’s largest shareholder Somad Holdings Pty Ltd, to reinvest their dividends in additional shares. Shareholders must elect to participate by 5:00pm AEST on August 28, 2024, with the dividend payment and share issue scheduled for September 25, 2024.
