With over 36 years of experience within Domino’s, Hayman has proven her mettle through various leadership roles, including COO for ANZ and Operations Director for the UK. Her track record includes significant improvements in customer satisfaction and product quality, as well as supporting female store managers’ growth through the Women in Domino’s grant program.
