Domino’s Pizza Group PLC has reported the purchase of 199,964 of its ordinary shares for cancellation at an average price of 290.7717 pence per share, with the highest and lowest prices paid per share at 295.00 pence and 287.40 pence, respectively. Following this transaction, the company’s total number of ordinary shares in issue and total voting rights stands at 395,049,432.
