Domino’s Pizza Enterprises Limited has reported that Director Lynda O’Grady has increased her indirect stake in the company through an on-market trade, purchasing an additional 1,000 shares at $31.605 each. This transaction has boosted the holdings of Advance Management Services Pty Ltd as trustee for the O’Grady Family Trust to 1,600 ordinary shares. There were no sales reported, and the change in director’s interests was not during a closed period requiring prior clearance.
