Domino’s Director Increases Shareholding

Domino’s Pizza Enterprises Limited (AU:DMP) has released an update.

Domino’s Pizza Enterprises Limited has disclosed a change in director Lynda O’Grady’s interests, where she acquired an additional 24 shares at $44.39 each under the Dividend Reinvestment Plan, taking her total holding to 1,012 ordinary shares personally and in her super fund. The transaction did not occur during a closed period requiring prior written clearance.
