Dominion Minerals Limited is set to acquire Exceptional Graphite and its Tanzanian graphite project, aiming to capitalize on the growing demand for graphite, vital for electric vehicle batteries and renewable energy technologies. With the Tanzanian project’s proximity to infrastructure and high-grade mineralization, the company is also planning a public equity capital raise of A$2 million and considering a name change to InVert Graphite Limited. The acquisition, which includes additional exploration licenses in South Australia, is contingent on shareholder approval and the fulfillment of other conditions.
