The latest announcement is out from Domestic Metals ( (TSE:DMCU) ).
Domestic Metals has reported new induced polarization survey results from its Smart Creek copper-gold-silver project in Montana that outline multiple large chargeability anomalies consistent with porphyry copper and carbonate replacement or skarn-style sulphide mineralization. These features, which coincide with earlier high-grade surface sampling and alteration footprints, are interpreted as previously untested magmatic-hydrothermal sulphide zones.
The geophysical work, completed by TMC Geophysics over 26 line-kilometres, delineated sizeable targets at the Smart Creek, Smart Creek Exotic, Sunrise, and Radio Tower zones, significantly increasing confidence in the company’s planned drilling. With funding in place and a mid-April drill campaign planned, these Priority 1 targets could meaningfully advance Smart Creek’s exploration profile and potentially enhance Domestic Metals’ positioning in the North American copper-focused exploration space.
