Doman Building Materials Group Ltd. successfully closed a private placement offering of $265 million in senior unsecured notes to refinance debt and repurchase some of its 2026 Senior Notes. The funds obtained are aimed at reducing the company’s existing credit facility balances and enhancing its financial structure. The notes, not available via a public prospectus, were distributed exclusively to accredited investors in Canada and certain non-U.S. persons.
