DNO ASA Grants Board Member Synthetic Shares

DNO ASA (GB:0MHP) has released an update.

Anita Marie Hjerkinn Aarnæs, a board member of DNO ASA, received synthetic shares valued at NOK 196,000 as part of the company’s synthetic share incentive program, with the amount of shares determined by the stock’s closing price prior to the Annual General Meeting. The shares are set to be cash settled after the publication of the Q1 2025 interim report.
