DMC Mining Ltd. has announced a public offering of 100 million shares at $0.05 each to raise $5 million, with an option for oversubscriptions to raise an additional $500,000. Eligible Shareholders on the company’s register by 21 August 2024 can apply for a minimum of 40,000 shares, with the offer opening on 2 September and closing on 23 September 2024, unless altered by the directors. The offer aims to empower shareholders while advising them to review the Prospectus thoroughly before investing.
