DLP Resources Inc. is set to bolster its financial position by launching a brokered private placement with the goal of raising $6 million. The funds from the sale of up to 15 million units at $0.40 each will primarily support exploration and development activities. Investors are enticed with an additional option for agents to sell up to 2.25 million units, with the offering expected to close on May 3, 2024.
