DLP Resources Inc. has announced that Mr. Donald Njegovan is resigning from his role as a Director to focus on his responsibilities at OSISKO Mining Inc. With his departure effective May 9, 2024, DLP has expressed gratitude for Njegovan’s contributions over the past three and a half years and is actively seeking a new director with relevant experience. The company, known for its mineral exploration activities in Southeastern British Columbia and Peru, continues to trade on the TSXV and OTCQB.
