DLC Holdings Corp. has agreed to sell its macadamia processing facility in White River, Mpumalanga, South Africa, for USD$1.2 million to its current tenant, with payments deferred through 2026. The proceeds will be directed toward repaying existing third-party loans, and the transaction, characterized as an arm’s-length deal with no finder’s fees, remains subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval, potentially strengthening the company’s balance sheet and simplifying its asset base.
