DL Holdings Group Limited has announced a proposal for a bonus share issue, offering one bonus share for every 50 existing shares to thank shareholders for their support and to enhance their investment flexibility. The bonus issue is subject to shareholder approval and will increase the company’s share capital, but these bonus shares won’t be entitled to the proposed final dividend for the year ended March 31, 2024.
