DL Holdings Group Limited has amended its Advisory Agreement with Mr. Chen due to an increased demand for investment advisory and asset management services, leading to a revision of the existing annual caps for the agreement period from April 2024 to March 2027. The adjustment reflects the growing assets under management/advice for Mr. Chen and necessitates shareholder approval and an annual review as per Listing Rules. A detailed circular outlining the changes is expected to be distributed to shareholders by 7 August 2024.
