Diversified Energy Company announced that Randall Wade, co-founder of EIG Management Company and a representative of former Maverick Natural Resources owner EIG, has resigned from its board after EIG’s ownership stake fell below 10%, with the company stressing that his departure was amicable and not driven by any disagreement.
