Diversified Energy Company PLC has executed a share buyback, purchasing 40,000 shares at an average price of 845.08 pence each, which will eventually be cancelled. This buyback is part of a programme announced earlier and is a step towards reducing the total number of shares in issue, thereby potentially increasing the value for existing shareholders. After the cancellation of these shares, the total number of shares in issue will stand at 48,953,200.
