Distil plc successfully held its Annual General Meeting, with all proposed resolutions receiving overwhelming shareholder approval. Key resolutions included the adoption of financial statements, reappointment of auditors and directors, and authorization for the directors to allot securities. The most contested resolution still passed with 87.72% approval, allowing equity securities to be allotted for cash without pre-emptive rights.
