Discovery Silver Corp (TSE:DSV) has released an update.

Discovery Silver Corp. announced that all director nominees were elected at their Annual General Meeting, with strong shareholder support reflected in high ‘votes for’ percentages. Additionally, shareholders approved the appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as auditors and passed amendments to the company’s Restricted Share Unit Plan and Deferred Share Unit Plan.
